# Galaksion integration

Set up Galaksion tracking in Skro, configure traffic source parameters, and connect your advertising campaigns.

Integration enables you to track all your campaigns, zones, ads, etc. Additionally, it provides a comprehensive overview of your cost and conversions for the optimization.

## Step 1. Create a Galaksion traffic source and configure the postback URL [#step-1-create-a-galaksion-traffic-source-and-configure-the-postback-url]

1. Navigate to **Traffic Sources**.

2. Click the **Create**.

3. Search for **Galaksion** and click the **Galaksion** template.

4. You need to change **one parameter value** in your postback URL.

5. Log in to your **Galaksion account**.

6. Go to **Postback** and copy the **Postback URL** to your clipboard. Or just copy the **cid** parameter value.

7. Go back to **Skro** and replace the postback URL with the updated value.

8. Final postback URL must look similar to this:

**`cid=49917`** - This is your Galaksion account ID.

**`click_id={externalId}`** - This maps Galaksion’s **click_id** parameter to the Skro **`{externalId}`** macro.

9. All tracking parameters are already prefilled for you.

10. Click the **Save & Close**.

Integration setup is complete, and you are now ready to create your first campaign.

## Step 2. Create a campaign on Skro [#step-2-create-a-campaign-on-skro]

1. Go to **Ads Manager** and click the **Create**.

2. Select your **Traffic source** and click **Next**.

3. Select your campaign **Workspace**.

4. Enter a descriptive campaign name.

5. Select or create all your **landings** and **offers**.

6. Click the **Save**.

7. Copy the **Campaign Tracking URL** to clipboard.

## Step 3. Create a campaign on Galaksion [#step-3-create-a-campaign-on-galaksion]

1. Log in to your **Galaksion account**.

2. Click the **Campaigns** on the sidebar.

3. Click the **Create your first campaign**.

4. Enter a descriptive campaign name.

5. Select your business model, **CPC** or **CPM**.

6. Create your **Creatives** and fill all other fields where needed.

7. Paste the **Skro campaign tracking link** into the **Destination URL** field, including all tracking parameters.

8. When you are done, click the **Submit**.

## Verify the setup [#verify-the-setup]

Open the generated campaign URL and check that the visit appears in Skro. Confirm that traffic source macros resolve to actual values. If you send conversions back to the source, verify a test conversion in both systems.

If data is missing, check the selected workspace, integration, campaign, and reporting date range. Compare parameter names and macro values with the examples in this guide before repeating the test.
