# TrafficStars integration

Set up TrafficStars tracking in Skro, configure traffic source parameters, and connect your advertising campaigns.

Integration enables you to track all your campaigns, zones, ads, etc. Additionally, it provides a comprehensive overview of your cost and conversions for the optimization.

## Step 1. Create a TrafficStars traffic source and configure the postback URL [#step-1-create-a-trafficstars-traffic-source-and-configure-the-postback-url]

1. Navigate to **Traffic Sources**.

2. Click the **Create**.

3. Search for **TrafficStars** and click the **TrafficStars** template.

4. You need to modify **Traffic Source Postback URL**.

5. Log in to your **TrafficStars account**.

6. Go to **Goals & Postbacks** → **Postback**.

7. Choose tool as **S2S Tracking**.

8. Choose postback type as **Simple**.

9. Click the **Skro** in tracking system section.

10. Copy the **Postback URL** to clipboard

11. Go back to **Skro** and replace the postback URL with the updated values.

12. Replace the **key** parameter value with real token value **`?key=123456789`**

13. Final postback URL must look similar to this:

**`clickid={externalId}`** - TrafficStars Click ID parameter with Skro macro.

**`value={payout}`** - TrafficStars Payout parameter with Skro macro.

14. All tracking parameters are already prefilled for you.

15. Click **Save & Close**.

Integration setup is complete, and you are now ready to create your first campaign.

## Step 2. Create a campaign on Skro [#step-2-create-a-campaign-on-skro]

1. Go to **Ads Manager** and click the **Create**.

2. Select your **Traffic source** and click **Next**.

3. Select your campaign **Workspace**.

4. Enter a descriptive campaign name.

5. Select or create all your **landings** and **offers**.

6. Click the **Save**.

7. Copy the **Campaign Tracking URL** to clipboard.

## Step 3. Create a campaign on TrafficStars [#step-3-create-a-campaign-on-trafficstars]

1. Log in to your **TrafficStars account**.

2. Go to the **My Campaigns** section and click the **Create Campaign**.

3. Add your **Campaign Name** and select the **Ad Format** and click **Next**.

4. Set your **Audience and Pricing** and click **Next**.

5. Create your **Creatives** and fill all other fields where needed.

6. Paste the **Skro campaign tracking link** into the **Creative URL** field, including all tracking parameters.

8. When you are done, click the **Publish**.

## Verify the setup [#verify-the-setup]

Open the generated campaign URL and check that the visit appears in Skro. Confirm that traffic source macros resolve to actual values. If you send conversions back to the source, verify a test conversion in both systems.

If data is missing, check the selected workspace, integration, campaign, and reporting date range. Compare parameter names and macro values with the examples in this guide before repeating the test.
